Parking needs for special visitors to campus

Due to a need for additional parking spots for campus visitors Tuesday (Dec. 15), J Lot, south of the library, will be partially blocked off to accommodate them. For those temporarily displaced during this time, we would encourage you to park north of the Dome or at the old AJ Automotive parking lot.

Financial-aid employees from across the state will be on campus for additional training. We appreciate your understanding in being displaced to accommodate extra visitors on campus. For questions, call 858-3210.

General Information

Curling tournament planned

The MSU Canadian Council is planning a bonspiel ( curling) tournament in February for all MSU students, faculty and staff who would like to participate. In addition to Minot State University employees and students, the Office of Enrollment Services is expecting a number of potential Canadian students and their parents to join the event as part of a recruiting effort. The event will start with an afternoon of curling, followed by hot chocolate and baked cookies.

In order to make preliminary arrangements, please let us know if you would be interested in organizing a team of four with other faculty/staff, or if your department would like to enter a team (ex: arts, accounting, criminal justice, business office, plant services etc.).

E-mail your interest to Tyson Snelling, Canadian student assistant in the Office of International Programs, at international@minotstateu.edu.
